This week has seen some really exciting developments with our Cape Wine Europe tasting evening. Not only did the likes of Rustenburg, Simonsig, Meerlust and Klein Constantia sign up but we now have the Varietal Associations of South Africa making an appearance. The Varietal Association stands will focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Together, with the producers, they will bring a diverse selection of wine styles to the tasting including sparkling rose, sweet and even ‘port style’ fortified wines.
In all we have 35 different producers and associations showcasing over 250 wines. Wine makers will be on hand to talk you through their wines and you will be able to place your orders for the wines you love on the night.
We will be running competitions with fantastic prizes to be won every hour, on the hour. You will able to sample the finest South African Macadamia nuts along with the best biltong in London. Definitely not an evening to be missed.
