Fine dining with fine wine

While the temperature has dropped here in the UK, two of our top Chefs are cooking up a storm. Roger Jones from The Harrow at Little Bedwyn and Ben Prior from Ben’s Cornish Kitchen are in South Africa as I type. This week, they both headed to The Vineyard Hotel in Cape Town to cook some amazing food that showcased Bruce Jack’s new range of wines. Roger Jones, said about the event: “Ben and I were delighted to team up with The Vineyard Hotel in Cape Town to showcase Bruce Jack’s wine and match local ingredients to his impressive wines”
